    Job Title: Utilities & Maintenance Supervisor – GMP Pharma

     

    Schedule: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Flexible Start)

     

    Pay: $38–$43/hr (Salary dependng Upon Experience)

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Team Leadership: Manage and mentor maintenance technicians; ensure safety and compliance.

    + Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility systems.

    + Utility Expertise: HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, Compressed Air, WFI, Clean Steam.

    + Compliance: Maintain FDA, OSHA, and audit readiness.

    + Preventive Maintenance: Execute PM schedules and root-cause analysis using CMMS.

    Requirements:

    + 5+ years in regulated maintenance (Pharma/Nutra/Med-Device).

    + Strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills.

    + Ability to read P&IDs, blueprints, SOPs; deep utility knowledge.
