Job Title:

Bridge Lead – Indiana

Hanson is seeking an experienced **Bridge** **Lead** to help grow our bridge engineering practice across Indiana and the Midwest. This role will engage in some of our region’s most high-profile structural projects — including replacements and rehabilitations of major river crossings and interstate bridges; large-scale bridge inspections and load ratings; and design-build pursuits. These projects involve structures crossing the Mississippi and Illinois Rivers; high-profile projects in downtown St. Louis and on the Tollway system in Chicago; and the “Improve 64” design-build project in Southern Indiana. If you’re passionate about leading bridge design projects, working on complex structures, and influencing the future of critical transportation infrastructure, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What** **You’ll** **Do

+ Lead bridge design, rehabilitation, inspection, andloadratingprojects.

+ Design complex structuresonhigh-profile projects.

+ Oversee project delivery for INDOT and regional agencies.

+ Mentor junior and midlevel structural engineers.

+ Support client relationships, proposals, and strategic pursuits.

+ Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.

What** **We’re** **Looking For

+ Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (MS preferred).

+ 10+ yearsofbridge engineeringexperience.

+ PErequired; SE preferred or ability to obtain.

+ Strong experience with AASHTO LRFD and INDOT standards.

+ Demonstrated delivery ofsignificantbridgeprojects.

Salary Range: $160,000 – $190,000
