    About the job you’re considering

    + Lead end-to-end technical delivery for Windchill PLM projects, ensuring high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

    + Drive project estimation, prepare technical proposals, and collaborate with stakeholders to define functional solutions.

    + Oversee customization and configuration development on Windchill 11, including PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, QMS, PartLink, SUMA, and CAD integrations.

    + Manage data migration activities, including transformation, loading, and validation processes using ETL tools.

    + Identify technology enablers to support continuous improvement within PLM/CAx-enabled business processes.

    + Monitor development, enhancements, and quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle using best practices.

    + Coordinate and manage distributed teams across remote locations while maintaining effective communication and collaboration.

    + Ensure adherence to SDLC practices (Waterfall and Agile) and software configuration management standards.

    Your role

    + Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs for Windchill customizations and integrations.

    + Create and maintain a scalable technical architecture for Windchill environments.

    + Define data mapping and workflows to optimize system performance and usability.

    + Lead development efforts for custom workflows, user interfaces, and data structures within Windchill.

    + Oversee implementation, including configuration, data migration, and integration activities.

    + Establish and enforce quality standards for development and testing processes.

    + Conduct rigorous testing and review code changes to ensure consistency and reliability.

    + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering team collaboration.

    + Communicate technical details effectively to business users and stakeholders, managing expectations on scope and timelines.

    Your skills and experience

    + Strong expertise in Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, PartsLink, and related modules.

    + Proven experience in Windchill configuration and customization, including workflows and data structures.

    + Proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies, Spring, Hibernate, and related frameworks.

    + Solid understanding of Windchill Part Management, Change Management, and Workflow modules.

    + Hands-on experience with PTC Creo and other PTC software tools.

    + Knowledge of Windchill Bulk Migration and data migration processes.

    + Strong debugging skills and ability to write SQL queries, database procedures.

    The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: ($86,000.00/yr - $168,000.00/yr)

     

    Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

     

    The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

     

    These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

     

    It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

     

    In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
