Job Description
We’re in “fix-and-enhance” mode as we scale. You’ll be the front end configuration wizard in UKG, specifically workforce management—owning setup, speed, and accuracy as new sites come online. Expect high volume, short notice, and meaningful impact: ~30 U.S. sites starting in February. You’ll standardize processes, keep time and labor clean, and make UKG work for the business as we expand.
What you’ll do
• Configure UKG WFM (Dimensions) and UKG Pro end to end for new site launches (pre go live setup).
o Build worker profiles, assign locations, pay rates, tax jurisdictions, pay/time codes, schedules, and time collection rules.
• Own timekeeping integrity in UKG and support integration with Costpoint for labor reporting and downstream payroll.
• Author advanced logic (e.g., custom expressions) and perform SQL based rule/config development where needed.
• Handle high volume requests quickly and accurately—own the HRIS inbox/ticket queue; triage and execute assignments.
• Standardize and document processes (templates, SOPs, playbooks) across WFM and Pro.
• Partner across HRIS and HR (Onboarding/TA, Comp, Total Rewards, Employee/Labor Relations) to ensure inputs are complete and correct.
• Pro side support: help stabilize and streamline UKG Pro configurations tied to onboarding and data integrity.
• Quality & compliance: align configurations with CBA requirements where applicable; audit and validate data prior to go live.
• Heads down delivery: take prioritized backlogs and “hammer them out” with minimal hand holding—own outcomes.

• Speed + precision under tight timelines (e.g., short notice onboardings).
• SQL proficiency for custom expressions/rules or reporting logic.
• Experience supporting time and labor reporting at scale; comfort working “behind the scenes” as a technical individual contributor.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant certifications. • Deltek Costpoint (time & labor/payroll) integration experience.
