What You'll Do as a Shift Leader

+ Lead a highly skilled team to ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

+ Teach and practice {{brand_name}} standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness.

+ Lead by example with strong time-management skills.

+ Assess team-member performance and foster a positive team culture.

+ Spend the majority of time on the restaurant floor, engaging with guests.

+ Manage labor, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

+ Natural leadership skills with a self-starting personality.

+ Strong communication skills with guests and team members.

+ Hard-working, team-oriented, and friendly individuals.

+ Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication.

+ Prior restaurant management or leadership experience is required.

+ Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the United State

+ Ability to use a point-of-sale system.

+ Willingness to jump in and assist co-workers.

Physical Requirements

+ Availability to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.

+ Ability to stand or walk for up to a 10-hour shift.

+ Willingness to bend, stoop, and occasionally use a ladder.
