Overview
Position Summary:
The Senior Lead – Stadium Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the stadium, ensuring a safe, efficient, and exceptional experience for guests, staff, and vendors. This role combines leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on supervision to maintain operational excellence during events and non-event days.
**Pay:** $22.00 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Supervise stadium operations including seating areas, concourses, restrooms, and VIP sections.
+ Ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
+ Coordinate with maintenance, security, and event teams to resolve issues promptly.
+ Lead and supervise a team of event staff, ushers, and support personnel.
+ Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
+ Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance tracking.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues during events.
+ Oversee crowd control, guest services, and emergency response procedures.
+ Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth event execution.
+ Prepare post-event reports detailing staffing, incidents, and operational improvements.
+ Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for assigned areas.
+ Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives related to operations.
Qualifications:
+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in stadium, arena, or large venue operations with supervisory experience.
+ **Skills:**
+ Strong leadership and communication skills.
+ Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
+ Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols.
+ Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
+ Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
+ Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
