Pay Rate:** **$20.50 - $21.50/Hour

At **First Student** , Office Clerks play a critical role in keeping our locations running smoothly. This position supports location leadership, drivers, and staff by ensuring administrative operations are accurate, compliant, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

+ Ensure all contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements are met

+ Maintain accurate files, records, and documentation

+ Prepare reports, schedules, agendas, and correspondence

+ Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally

+ Schedule appointments and meetings for management

+ Submit payroll accurately and in a timely manner

+ Support general administrative and clerical functions as needed

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ 1–2 years of administrative, office, or clerical experience preferred

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); basic computer and data entry skills

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Excellent time management and organizational abilities

+ Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

+ Self-starter with a professional, team-oriented mindset
