Manufacturing Machine Operator

Shift & Pay:

+ Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | $15.50/hour

+ Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $17.75/hour

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes. This role supports daily production goals by following standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate manufacturing and production equipment according to established procedures

+ Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed

+ Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

+ Maintain accurate production and quality records

+ Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

+ Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment

+ Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

+ Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred, but not required

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

+ Strong commitment to safety and quality

+ Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights or weekends as scheduled
