+ **Comprehensive Orientation:** 8 weeks of thorough onboarding with preceptors for guidance and support.

+ **Team Spirit:** Weekly interdisciplinary meetings to review patient care and learn through educational sessions.

What We Offer

+ **Flexible Scheduling:** PRN, Part-Time, Full-Time available

+ **Autonomy:** You control your patient scheduling and communication.

+ **Reasonable Productivity:** Full-time RNs complete 5 units/day (1 unit = revisit, 2 units = admission). We’ve reduced requirements to prevent burnout.

Minimum Requirements for Clinical Nurse-NCL track:

+ Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school of nursing

+ 15+ months of relevant professional nursing experience

+ Pennsylvania (or New Jersey) RN licensure

+ BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider, as per the American Heart Association

+ Have a car, valid driver’s license, and car insurance

OR

Minimum Requirements for Clinical Nurse 2 track:

+ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing

+ 15+ months of relevant professional nursing experience

+ Pennsylvania (or New Jersey) RN licensure

+ BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider, as per the American Heart Association

+ Have a car, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
