    **Wage** - $46,500 annually

    **Schedule –** Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

    **What you will be doing:** You’ll be responsible for the development and implementation of career preparation which includes the career preparation program in compliance with government and management directives.

    Essential functions:

    + Plan, coordinate, and supervise the administration and programmatic activities of the career preparation department, including the MYPACE program.

    + Develop and conduct programs for new students to encourage self-evaluation, self-worth and confidence, with emphasis on student retention.

    + Oversee a student ambassador program for career preparation, including the application, interviewing and evaluation processes, as well as incentive, tracking and employment objective.

    + Plan new student activities to include tour, recreational and social activities.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    + Bachelors’ degree

    + Two (2) years related experience.

    + Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
