    What you’ll need to succeed as a Manager, Systems Engineering (HRIT) at XPO:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work, or military experience

    + 5 years’ experience building integration solutions across HRMS, Payroll and/or Time & Attendance cloud platforms

    + 4+ years of experience years of leading, managing, and developing highly talented teams.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence partners and customers with data insights and expertise.

    + Proficient in creating and consuming distributed data services (REST APIs, Messaging Buses) and Web Services development using HTTP, REST

    Preferred qualifications:

    + Master’s degree in computer science, business, human resources, or related field

    + Experience with delivering integration solutions using Dell Boomi across major HR cloud platforms

    + Strong leadership and proactive communication to coordinate with the project teams and other internal stakeholders.

    What you’ll do on a typical day:

    + Manages the development team, daily support of current system integrations and timely delivery of project deliverables.

    + Investigate and propose new technical tools and frameworks to deliver quality products faster.

    + Available for production application deployment and troubleshooting off hours and/or on an on-call basis.

    + Leverages multi-disciplinary expertise to craft inventive technical solutions that fulfill evolving business requirements

    + Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption in HR systems, applying tools like Gemini to deliver innovative technical solutions.

    + Facilitates communication between team, internal stakeholders, vendors, and other technology resources within and outside of the organization.
