What You'll Do:

+ Monitor access points to the residential location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals.

+ Provide customer service by assisting residents, guests, and visitors with inquiries and directions, while following site-specific policies and procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

+ Document and report any security-related incidents, maintenance needs, or unusual observations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership as required.

+ Maintain a visible presence at designated access control points to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a sense of security-related support for residents and visitors.

+ Support emergency response activities as needed, including following evacuation procedures and assisting first responders.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
