As a **Security Officer - Lobby Desk Monitor CRE** in **Los Angeles, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

+ Greet and assist visitors and tenants in a professional manner at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.

+ Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering the premises to help to deter unauthorized entry.

+ Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to front desk operations and security-related matters.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise.

+ Communicate with property management, Allied Universal personnel, and emergency responders as needed.

+ Maintain accurate logs and records of visitor activity, incidents, and other front desk operations.

+ Provide customer service by answering inquiries and directing individuals as appropriate within the location.

+ Support emergency response activities as directed by site policies and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
