    Urgent hiring for "HEDIS RN / LVN" in Texas !

     

    •*Must be located in Texas*

    Job Description:

    + Call provider offices to request and validate facility and provider addresses, and collect medical records for the HEDIS project.

    + Perform data entry of change of addresses into the system.

    + Upload records upon receipt.

    + Document all outreach efforts.

    + Run reports and work with MS Excel.

    Qualification :

    + 3+ years of medical record review (HEDIS / Overreading & Data Abstraction) experience is Mandatory

    + Must be located in Texas

    + Must Hold RN OR LVN License from State of Texas is Mandatory

    This is a Contract position based out of Houston, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
