Are you passionate about helping others? Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a compassionate caregiver to support a client in the comfort of their home. This is a part-time role with benefits included.

You will be more than a caregiver. You will be a friendly face, a trusted helper, and a source of comfort for someone who needs it most.

Schedule Monday through Friday 9 am to 3 pm

What You’ll Do:

+ Provide personal care and companionship

+ Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

+ Run errands on the client’s behalf

+ Offer support with bathing, dressing, and daily routines

Retention Bonus Opportunity:

We value commitment and consistency. Caregivers in this role are eligible for a retention bonus, paid out as follows with completion of required work hours:

+ $300 after 30 days

+ $600 after 60 days

+ $900 after 90 days

+ Are 18 or older with a valid driver’s license

+ Have a reliable vehicle and current auto insurance

+ Can lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Can pass a background check and drug test
