Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Metro Atlanta (Weekend Shifts) Location: Metro Atlanta – Ellenwood, Conyers, Decatur, College Park Schedule: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday, hours vary per client) Total Hours: Part-time, based on client needs Start Date: Immediate start available Description of the Role: Always Best Care Senior Services – Atlanta is seeking a well-experienced Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide in-home support to clients across the Metro Atlanta area. This role is ideal for a professional who is dependable, compassionate, and experienced in assisting seniors with daily living tasks while providing companionship and meaningful engagement. Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide medication reminders and support adherence to daily routines Prepare meals and encourage hydration and balanced nutrition Assist with light housekeeping and household tasks Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and cognitive stimulation Ensure client safety and comfort during all interactions Communicate with office staff regarding client updates and care notes Requirements: Previous PCA or caregiving experience required Strong knowledge of ADLs and senior care needs Reliable transportation to multiple locations across Metro Atlanta Clear TB test results Current First Aid and CPR certification Ability to pass a background check Compassionate, patient, professional, and well-organized Benefits: Competitive hourly wage Weekly pay Paid training Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity for growth and additional shifts About the Company: Always Best Care Senior Services – Atlanta is a trusted provider of in-home senior care.
