    HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS SUMMER** **INTERN (SEASONAL)

    MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:

    As a Human Resources Operations Summer Intern (Seasonal) , the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of Human Resources . You will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on survey data. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and survey analysis within a dynamic work environment.

     

    •Support Human Resource Operations functions such as Survey Analyst Support along with other Human Resource Operation Projects as needed.

    •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep intranet sites updated.

    •Drive accurate data management by managing databases and trackers and input information, data, and records

    •Utilize Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, and other Survey Analysis Platforms

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

    Bring your Human Resource/Industrial Organizational Psychology expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. Intern must haves:

     

    • Currently enrolled in an Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's degree program from a United States-based college or university

    • Prefer Human Resources/Industrial Organizational Psychology coursework towards Degree

    • Experience: 1+ years of experience

    • Technical skills: Advanced Excel and Word Skills

    • Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Strong analytics and critical thinking skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

    • Location: Hybrid schedule requiring 3 days/week onsite at a GDIT office

    The likely hourly rate for this position is between $19.55 - $26.45. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
