    Position Summary

    Mattapan Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an energetic, dynamic, and results-oriented Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 85-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate is a strong, visible leader who is passionate about delivering the highest standards of resident care, fostering staff engagement, and building a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

     

    This role is responsible for the overall operation, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and clinical excellence of the facility, while promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide overall leadership and direction for daily operations of the facility

    + Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities

    + Uphold and promote the highest standards of resident care, safety, and quality outcomes

    + Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff to build morale, teamwork, and retention

    + Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and collaboration across all departments

    + Drive census growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance

    + Serve as a visible leader within the facility and an advocate for residents and families

    + Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, vendors, and community partners

    + Prepare for and successfully manage surveys, audits, and inspections

    Qualifications

    + Current MA Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license

    + Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator

    + Strong knowledge of SNF regulations, reimbursement, and quality improvement initiatives

    + Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build staff morale, and create a positive work environment

    + Results-driven mindset with strong operational and financial acumen

    + Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
