Precise Systems seeks a curious, resourceful problem-solver to support our Solutions Architecture and Capture team. You'll help us find, research, and analyze new business opportunities in the government contracting space.

This is an entry-level role with real responsibility. You'll work with data, research tools, and AI-enabled processes to support business development efforts. This role is executed, 3 days per week, at Precise Systems Headquarters. Hybrid/Flexible Schedule authorized.

Responsibilities

+ Research potential opportunities using tools like GovWin, SAM.gov, and other business development databases

+ Compile and organize competitive intelligence

+ Support Solutions Architects with data collection and document preparation

+ Maintain and update opportunity tracking systems

+ Assist with proposal preparation and artifact development

+ Leverage AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and workflow efficiency

Required:

+ Strong analytical and research skills

+ Proficiency with spreadsheets and ability to learn new software quickly

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

+ Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities

Preferred:

+ HS diploma or GED

+ Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar)

+ Experience in government contracting, business development, or market research

+ Background in data analysis or process improvement

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $39,632.19 to $59,448.26 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
