    Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the TA Team Lead will provide guidance to the day-to-day operations within their assigned service line. The Team leader will provide front-line oversight and support for their Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists. Demonstrates and promotes team excellence to build candidate pipelines, provide a high level of service to DFCI staff and manager, and to meet recruitment goals. The Team leader will work closely with TA Leadership on various Talent Acquisition strategic initiatives, as well as other cross functional HR teams. In addition, the TA Team Leader will manage a small portfolio of requisitions.

    + Maintain a small recruitment book of business, which may include Director level and above roles

    + Provide backup coverage to Recruiters within their service line as needed

    + Guide the day-to-day operations of Talent Acquisition within their assigned business service line pod

    + Provide day-to-day guidance to Recruiters and assist with complex and sensitive hiring scenarios

    + Support the planning and execution of high-volume recruitment strategies and initiatives

    + Monitor TA activity to ensure the TA SLAs are adhered to

    + Mentor and train TA Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists

    + Partner with Recruiters, Sourcing Specialists, Workforce Development, and Hiring managers on pipeline development

    + Support and foster strong business relationships between recruitment and other HR staff and DFCI clients

    + Lead recruitment projects and events within their given business service line

    + Execute Inclusion and Engagement recruitment strategy within their business service line

    + Educate and provide training around recruitment best practices and processes to hiring managers

    + Conduct analysis of recruitment activity

    + Make recommendations for process and operational improvements

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

    + Strong ATS knowledge and reporting skills

    + Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills

    + Experience providing consultation to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and candidate selection

    + Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Demonstrates strong time management and project management skills

    + Works independently and accurately

    + Able to take direction and execute with minimal guidance

    + Knowledge of recruitment trends

    + Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies

    + Good knowledge of state and federal employment/labor laws and practices

    + High computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Applicant Tracking Systems)

    MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    The position requires an associate's degree, with a bachelor's degree strongly preferred, and at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Supervision of 4 - 5 Recruiters and 1 Sourcing Specialist.

    Pay Transparency Statement

     

    The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.

     

    For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

     

    $113,800.00 - $126,500.00
