GardaWorld Security Services is looking for Supervisors to fulfill different assignments for our clients.

+ Set schedule: We are hiring shift supervisors on multiple schedules (morning, afternoon, and overnight). Specific shifts and schedules will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities of a Security Supervisor

+ Ensure that GardaWorld Security core values are integrated into and throughout all business practices.

+ Supervise the day to day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the high standard

+ Assist in the development and implementation of staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.

+ Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff

+ React quickly to threats or incidents

+ Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras

+ Document incidents and actions taken

+ Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks

+ Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

+ Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of Security Supervisor

+ Be authorized to work in the U.S.

+ Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED

+ Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process

+ First aid certification is an asset

+ Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift

+ If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!

+ Previous supervisory experience is preferred

+ You have a state license if required
