About the Role

As a **Customer Service Representative** , you’ll be the voice of our company—helping customers with their service needs and ensuring smooth operations for our drivers and teams. This role is about more than answering calls—it’s about **building relationships, solving problems, and making a positive impact** .

What You’ll Do

+ Answer customer calls and process requests for new service, changes, or discontinuation

+ Accept payments, research billing inquiries, and update account information

+ Work closely with drivers and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service

+ Resolve customer issues with **cost-effective, safe, and environmentally responsible solutions**

What Makes You a Great Fit

+ **2+ years of high-volume customer service experience**

+ Proficiency with **Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook**

+ Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**

+ Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for helping people
