The Human Resources team builds collaborative strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to support the organization’s mission, goals and initiatives. We develop areas such as workforce staffing and development, operational support, compensation, payroll, benefits, employee relations and organizational effectiveness. As the Executive Assistant and Coordinator, you will provide a wide range of confidential, high-level administrative support to the SVP of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness for Hawaii Pacific Health. In addition to providing executive administrative support, you will also be responsible for the administration of assigned governance components of Hawaii Pacific Health's Executive Compensation programs. In this role, you will serve as point or lead on governance-related projects to include support of HPH Board of Directors Compensation Committee meetings and functions as administrator of record to ensure that HPH's Executive Compensation programs are in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulatory guidelines, as well as organizational policies. You will also serve as a key partner to the SVP of HR and Organizational Effectiveness in organizational operations and governance for assigned external Boards, to include the Academy for Healthcare Innovation (AHI).

**Minimum Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Paralegal Studies or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Three (3) years of experience in an executive administrative support role exercising progressive levels of judgment and discretion, ideally within human resources, healthcare, legal or governance environments. Demonstrated experience with board governance, record keeping, and corporate compliance. Demonstrated experience with executive compensation administration, and regulatory standards.
**Preferred Qualifications:** Paralegal certification from National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) or other accredited organization. Relevant legal/compliance experience.
