    We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Freehold, NJ!

    What We Offer:

    + Competitive annual salary $85,000-95,000 (offer negotiable based on level of experience)

    Responsibilities:

    + Conduct measurable assessments and create evidence based treatment plans to target skills that relate to the core deficits of Autism.

    + Provide caring support to the caregivers to ensure they understand the assessment results and treatment recommendations.

    + Customize behavior intervention plans for your clients

    + Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to Behavior Technicians

    + Analyze ABA data regularly and implement data driven program changes

    + Ensure the highest level of care through rigorous review of behavior plans, treatment plans, and clinical data.

    + Share in joy of your client's family as they watch their child reach his/her potential!

    Requirements:

    + Current BCBA certification and NJ license

    + Outstanding clinical competence and judgement
