Job Summary:

The Caretaker is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the hallways, laundry/boiler rooms, cleaning vacant units, and other common spaces of the apartment complex. They are also responsible for maintaining curb appeal. The Caretaker will handle minor repairs.

Major Job Responsibilities:

+ Cleans and maintains apartment buildings

+ Maintains grounds of buildings

+ Completes repairs and minor maintenance

+ Prepares vacant units

Job Requirements:

+ **Education:** No formal education requirements

+ **Job Related Experience:** No experience is required.

+ **Additional Requirements:** Requires valid driver’s license and successful clearance of driving check. Must successfully clear a Kari Koskinen background check.
