    Cashier / Sales Floor Associate (FT/PT)

    What You'll Do

     

    + Deliver exceptional customer and donor service at every interaction

    + Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash records

    + Support programs such as Round Up and Good Points

    + Stock, rotate, and merchandise sales floor inventory

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

    + Assist with training new team members

    + Follow all agency policies, safety, and security procedures

    + End every transaction with a positive message: "You changed a life today-thank you!"

     

    What We're Looking For

     

    + Strong customer service and communication skills

    + Basic math skills and comfort handling cash

    + Prior retail experience preferred, but not required

    + Ability to identify quality, color tones, and merchandise categories

    + Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills a plus
