Responsibilities
+ The candidate is responsible for executing end-to-end testing for various responsive eMail and Web templates. Experience in testing components authored and published using Adobe Experience Manager content management system.
+ Develop comprehensive test cases that cover not only standard functionality, but also specific behavioral targeting features, user journeys, and potential edge cases related to user geo and website activity.
+ Provides quality assurance testing with automation focused for new/updated CMS/eMail templates and components developed using Adobe AEM Platforms.
+ Support holistic testing efforts for email content releases, including visual, integration, systems, regression, Accessibility, performance & end user- acceptance testing as a part of Agile/Scrum teams.
+ Capable of content Authoring and hands-on front-end testing from cross browsers, OS and devices.
+ Capable of rigorous testing of data synchronization and flow between the web application, the CRM, and any integrated analytics or marketing tools.
+ Document and maintain test results and defects, track and manage defects, backlogs and work with development team and business to troubleshoot issues and provide lead support on day-to-day QA deliverables.
+ Facilitate defect triages, process reviews, and ensure that the code and requirements conform to set quality standards.
+ Executing and managing test automation scripts using open-source tools and frameworks.
+ Maintains traceability of requirements.
+ Pursue continuing education on new QA tools, solutions those help improve test execution efficiency.
+ Provide feedback from a quality assurance perspective during the initial requirement and design discussions.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related.
+ A minimum of 2-3 years of QA Analyst and test automation experience.
+ Active involvement in Scrum projects.
+ Experience with Selenium or any open-source automation tools for test automation.
+ Experience and understanding of responsive web design, different web browsers, email clients, cross platforms, and different devices (market share, versions functionality and limitations).
+ Extensive knowledge of various developer tools, browser plugins and defect management tools.
+ Analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and Strong Communication skills.
+ Experience in AEM platform or any content management system.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practices.
+ In-depth understanding of the entire software testing life cycle.
+ Agile environment experience.
+ Very Good communication, mentorship skills and ability to work with remote teams.
+ Automotive Industry experience is a plus.

Compensation Range: $55,765 - $73,400 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
