Our physician led medical group enjoys an excellent reputation with patients and the medical community, offering primary care, urgent care and more than 30 different specialties. _Job Summary_ Performs multi-dimensional administrative tasks that require creativity and independent, discretionary judgment to meet the needs of assigned Central Region Cardiologist and management team. May act on behalf of leader on routine matters within established guidelines. Conducts and acts with a high level of service, for this role is the face of the Central Region Cardiology, HVI to internal and external customers. Compose correspondence and create reports that help in preparing analyses and reports data to Regional Manager/Director. Participate in activities dealing with sensitive and confidential issues and information. Coordinate and enter requisitions/purchase orders into PeopleSoft or related system. Monitor inventory and order a variety of different office and clinical supplies. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for Regional Manager, Director, and providers. Supports Sharepoint, Onboarding and Offboarding processes for appointed providers. Reports to the Cardiology Manager. * Scheduling site tours, office visits and other meetings of this caliber * Perform onboarding process for providers with regional manager (Zoom meetings, Interview scheduling and meeting schedules) * Manage outlook calendars for leadership * Attending leadership meetings and transcribing actionable meeting agendas and notes * Creating excel and powerpoint presentations for leadership * Ordering and ensuring supplies are in stock for all areas of the Access Center * Managing daily schedules across appointment MG locations * Composing correspondence via email and in person * Ordering computer and phone equipment * Template management and editing of all provider and resource schedules in EPIC *Education:* * Associates Degree or experience in lieu of *Experience:* * Three years higher level previous administration/secretarial experience. Basic keyboard skills with proficiency in use of personal computer. Excellent communications skills. Microsoft office proficient.
