We’re seeking a **Staffing Coordinator** who is passionate about making a difference and driving impact. We are hiring an On-Site Bilingual Spanish or Creole Speaking Staffing Coordinator! We offer weekly pay between $23.00-$25.00 an hour! Office hours Monday -Friday 8:30am-5:00pm . The office address is: 220 36th Street Suite 6A Brooklyn, NY 11232.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
+ Schedule Coordination
+ Data Management **:** Document all notes and updates in HHA Exchange, verify staff attendance, and maintain accurate schedules.
+ Payroll & Administration **:** Accurately submit timesheets in HHA Exchange for payroll processing and assist in scheduling in-service training for HHAs/PCAs.
+ Coordinates client and employee schedules by understanding care plans, schedule frequency and volume of service, and filling open shifts with appropriate caregivers.
+ Communicates weekly with clients regarding satisfaction with employees and service.
+ Monitors for problems, addresses concerns, and nurtures and maintains positive relationships with clients.
+ Communicates regularly with direct care employees, noting good work performance, identifying problems, and communicating issues to the Supervisor.
+ Develops strong working relationships with case managers, support coordinators and care coordinators.
+ Creates and modifies schedules in software timely, keeping schedules up-to-date daily.
+ Participates in staff meetings with the Supervisor and other office staff
+ Takes call for company after hours as needed and assigned.
+ Identifies and follows through with opportunities to provide services to new clients using positive customer service techniques.
+ May conduct initial interviews with employees.
+ Some light clerical and office duties
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
+ Compliance
+ Learns and masters the requirements of the rules and regulations of licensure and each of the programs funding the services scheduled
+ Communicates with the Supervisor those situations involving complaints, incidents, or risk – and specifically reports any known injuries of employees.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
+ Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
+ Strong problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent verbal communication skills, primarily on the telephone.
+ Mature demeanor needed for directing others on cases.
+ Better than average ability to use standard Microsoft Office software and scheduling software.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Education and Experience:
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Minimum two (2) years of previous experience.
+ Previous experience in schedule coordination.
+ Previous experience with working with the elderly and/or disabled or must display a compassionate attitude for that constituent.
+ Valid driver's license
+ Access to a fully insured, reliable vehicle.
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to move, transport, or position up to 100 pounds
+ Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.
+ Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
Travel Requirements:
+ Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather

Job Profile Summary
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible to staff home care cases timely, thoroughly, and with great consideration to schedule the appropriate caregiver to the client. Time is of the essence to ensure positive outcomes, and the Scheduling Coordinator will experience episodes of stressful activity during growth modes and when caregivers cancel previously scheduled shifts. Duties include a significant amount of telephone communication with caregivers and clients, creating and modifying electronic schedules, and ensuring that caregivers submit the proper documentation of the services that have been provided. Customer service is a top priority.
