    We’re seeking a **Recruiting Specialist** who is passionate about making a difference and driving impact. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work and help shape the future of care in communities across New York. **Preferred is hiring an onsite Bilingual Spanish Speaking Recruiting Specialist! We offer weekly pay between $21.00-$22.00 an hour! Office hours Monday-Friday 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m. The office address is: 391 E 149th St. Bronx, NY 10455.**

    Responsibilities

    What You'll Do:

    + Builds talent pipelines by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

    + Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques.

    + Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

    + When applicable, arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.

    + Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

    + Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.

    + Meets and/or exceeds Recruiting Department and overall Organizational goals.

    Qualifications

    What You'll Bring:

    + Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.

    + Professional communication and organization skills.

    + Excellent interpersonal skills.

    + Valid driver's license.

    + Access to insured and reliable transportation.

    Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.

    + One (1) to two (2) years of previous experience.

    + Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.

    + Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.

    Travel Requirements:

    + Monthly or quarterly travel required
