Our client, a leading organization in procurement and sourcing enablement, is seeking a SAP Ariba Contract Compliance Lead - PILOT - Charlotte to join their team. As a SAP Ariba Contract Compliance Lead - PILOT - Charlotte, you will be part of the Procurement / Sourcing Enablement department supporting sourcing and procurement teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to process development, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** SAP Ariba Contract Compliance Lead - PILOT - Charlotte

**Location:** Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days/week in-office)

What's the Job?

+ Lead the design, implementation, and support of a Contract Compliance process leveraging SAP Ariba.

+ Ensure purchase orders are systematically linked to contracts to improve compliance and auditability.

+ Define and document workflows across sourcing, contracting, and procurement functions.

+ Configure and optimize SAP Ariba modules to support contract compliance and procurement operations.

+ Develop dashboards and reports to monitor compliance, efficiency, and supplier performance, providing actionable insights.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience leading SAP Ariba contract compliance processes and implementations.

+ Deep understanding of SAP Ariba Contracts, Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing modules.

+ Experience designing and supporting Supplier Master data structures.

+ Strong background in sourcing and contracting processes within complex organizational environments.

+ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
