    + Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy

    + Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently

    + Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

    + Learn and utilize computer software to support customer needs effectively

    What's Needed?

     

    + Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred
