Our client, a leading organization in the technology and analytics sector, is seeking a Data Scientist/AI Engineer to join their innovative team. As a Data Scientist/AI Engineer, you will be part of the Data Analytics Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Data Scientist/AI Engineer

What's the Job?

+ Perform data analysis by applying statistical techniques to interpret datasets, identify patterns, form insights relevant to business questions, and predict outcomes.

+ Translate complex software architecture problems into high-level AI and analytics solutions.

+ Communicate findings through concise reports, charts, data visualizations, and storytelling to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

+ Define and integrate key data sources (design-time and run-time API and Service analytics) to deliver predictive and generative AI models.

+ Model development—design, build, train, and validate predictive ML models and generative AI solutions using Python, R, and SQL.

What's Needed?

+ Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data preparation, querying, and model development.

+ Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI to communicate insights effectively.

+ Hands-on experience with GCP Vertex AI, BigQuery, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

+ Experience with vector databases like Vertex AI Vector Search or Cloud SQL.

+ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a rigorous problem-solving approach.
