    Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a **Customer Demand Planner** to join their team. As a **Customer Demand Planner** , you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, digital proficiency, collaboration, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Customer Demand Planner

    **Location:** Burlington, VT (hybrid)

     

    Pay Range: $20 to $35 p/h on W-2

     

    Duration: 6 Month contract

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead weekly team calls to support core KPIs and ensure alignment across teams

    + Act as the primary point of contact to inform Business Partners of stock unavailability and recovery timelines

    + Discuss issues and constraints with Customer Service and Business Operations to facilitate swift resolutions

    + Manage crisis situations related to product availability, quality, microbiological issues, and more

    + Collaborate with Supply Planners and other teams on service and inventory trade-offs using scenario planning

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively across teams

    + Experience with supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or related fields

    + Proficiency in digital tools and continuous improvement methodologies

    + Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable solutions

    + Problem-solving mindset with a focus on sustainable, long-term solutions
