Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant in Charlotte to join their dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant in Charlotte, you will be an integral part of the support staff, assisting senior technology executives and contributing to the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to excellence, aligning successfully within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion
Pay rate between $15 - $19/hr on W2
What's the Job?
+ Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior technology executives, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
+ Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence for executive-level discussions.
+ Organize and facilitate recurring meetings such as town halls, All Hands sessions, and other key events.
+ Assist with planning and logistics for in-person meetings and off-site events, ensuring seamless execution.
+ Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information and communications.
What's Needed?
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting executive-level management, preferably within technology or financial services sectors.
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
+ Strong organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and work independently or collaboratively as needed.
