    Summary:

    The Wellbeing Coordinator supports Department of Community Health initiatives related to community wellbeing. Main functions may include community engagement, program operations, data collection and analysis, process improvement projects, evaluation, and reporting. This is a grant-funded position.

    Responsibilities:

    + Contribute to and/or lead design of community engagement strategies and materials

    + Participate in community engagement activities (in-person and/or virtual)

    + Support community health program operations and implementation

    + Identify and collaborate with community partners to implement program opportunities

    + Identify and support partnership opportunities that advance CHA community health priorities

    + Create health promotion content for outreach

    + Contribute to development of evaluation frameworks and tools

    + Support program evaluation through data collection, analysis, and reporting

    + Support process improvement projects for program, operations, and evaluation priorities

    + Participate in regular staff, department, and working group meetings

    + Represent CHA at outreach and community events

    + Support department leadership with grant writing and researching funding opportunities

    + Complete reporting and documentation as required by CHA and grant funders

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

    Other information:

    + Bachelors degree in public health, social work, or a related field required; Masters degree welcome

    + 1-3 years of work experience in community health may be substituted for academic experience

    + Staff are expected to be in-office at least 3 days per week, with additional days at the discretion of manager

    + Staff are expected to participate in community programs and events, which may take place in the evening or on weekends

    + Ability to travel within CHA service area

     

    Please note that the final offer may vary within the listed Pay Range, based on a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
