Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing Original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires Original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video.
Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Promotions
Lead to spearhead promotional brand partnerships for both Original movies and TV series on Prime Video and theatrical releases. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with Studios Marketing, content creators, Amazon Ads, Prime Video Ads, and executive leadership to pitch, negotiate and execute innovative product integration and comprehensive co-branded partnership campaigns that drive engagement and viewership of our content.
Key job responsibilities
- Sales and Negotiation: Proactively identify, pitch, negotiate, and close innovative, creative, and comprehensive co-branded partnerships that drive consumer engagement and drive viewership for our content.
- Business Development: Maintain and grow strong relationships with external brands to incentivize single title and long-term business opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of comprehensive promotional campaigns.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Amazon Ads & Prime Video Ads organizations, Studios marketing, business & legal affairs, filmmakers, talent, showrunners, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach for all promotional partnership activity.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure that all promotional partnerships and campaigns are in harmony with the brand values and objectives of title and Amazon MGM Studios.
- Budget and Vendor management: Oversee budget allocation for promotional campaigns, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum impact.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in partnership marketing

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
