Key Responsibilities:
Platform Development & Configuration
+ Design and develop complex ServiceNow applications, including custom scoped apps, modules, and advanced configurations.
+ Build and enhance workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, Script Includes, and custom widgets.
+ Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and automation tools.
+ Implement and maintain ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB) and extend into ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM as needed.
+ Configure and maintain Service Portal/Employee Service Center interfaces, catalog items, and record producers.
System Architecture & Governance
+ Provide architectural guidance on ServiceNow design, performance standards, and long-term platform strategy.
+ Ensure code quality through peer reviews, reusable code patterns, and best-practice implementation.
+ Maintain platform security, ACLs, roles, and data protection policies.
+ Manage update sets, system migrations, and release planning across non-prod and production instances.
CMDB & Discovery
+ Support CMDB architecture, data model design, and CI class normalization.
+ Assist in configuration and troubleshooting of Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and Service Mapping.
+ Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure accurate CI data and integration health.
Project Leadership & Collaboration
+ Lead technical implementation efforts for new modules and cross-functional ServiceNow projects.
+ Partner with process owners to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
+ Provide mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
+ Serve as the technical escalation point for complex ServiceNow issues.
Quality Assurance & Support
+ Perform system testing, future automated testing, validation, and regression review.
+ Assist in resolving advanced platform issues, defects, and integration problems.
+ Ensure change management practices are followed for all platform deployments.
Required Qualifications
+ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
+ 5-7+ years of ServiceNow development experience in medium-to-large enterprise environments.
+ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting best practices.
+ Hands-on experience with: ITSM Suite (Incident, Problem, Change, Request); CMDB & Discovery; IntegrationHub & API integrations; Service Portal development
+ Deep knowledge of ServiceNow data structures, ACLs, roles, and security models.
+ Experience working in Agile/Scrum development cycles.
+ Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with: ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt); ITAM / Hardware Asset Management; HR Service Delivery; Automation Engine / RPA; DevOps integrations
+ Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, networks, cloud services)

+ Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear recommendations.
+ Collaboration mindset with strong stakeholder management abilities.
+ Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Salary Range:
$130,000 - 145,000
