Responsibilities for a Picker Packer include but are not limited to:

+ Construct and fold cartons to pack products manually or with automated machines while maintaining accurate inventory and order picking records.

+ Perform frequent quality checks and product reworks, which includes reviewing timestamps, documenting regulatory information, and ensuring proper product rotation.

+ Assist with line changeovers by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, making minor machinery adjustments, and preparing the production floor for new schedules.

+ Manage waste removal and maintain a clean, safe work environment while working on your feet near heavy machinery for the duration of the shift.

Candidates for Picker Packer must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a large-scale manufacturing environment that is subject to seasonal weather conditions.

+ Flexibility to work a graveyard shift, including weekends and holidays, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.

+ Must be able to wear all required safety attire such as steel toe boots, hairnets, and safety glasses while following strict GMP protocols.

+ Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks involving the arms and torso for extended periods in a loud, fast-paced production setting.

**Pay Details:** $24.04 per hour
