What You’ll Do

As a Branch Recruiter, you’ll support a variety of clients and job types — from temporary and temp-to-hire to direct hire placements. You’ll act as a trusted partner to clients and candidates alike, ensuring a great experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Source, screen, and recruit top-quality candidates for open roles across multiple industries.

+ Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruiting support.

+ Assist candidates with resume advice, interview preparation, and role-specific coaching.

+ Greet and assist walk-in candidates at the Branch, providing clear information about Adecco, job openings, and training opportunities.

+ Conduct detailed searches using Adecco systems, job boards, and digital recruiting tools.

+ Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future client demand.

+ Provide excellent service to both clients and associates by responding quickly and professionally to questions or concerns.

+ Support team operations and serve as a point of contact in the absence of management.

+ Participate in special projects and contribute to team goals and Branch success.

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
