Responsibilities for a Picker Packer include but are not limited to:

+ Construct boxes and pack them with products manually or via automated machines while maintaining accurate order picking and inventory records.

+ Perform frequent quality checks, rotate codes according to schedule, and manage the rework of products that do not meet quality standards.

+ Assist in setting up production lines during changeovers, including cleaning, sanitizing, and making minor machinery adjustments.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work area by managing waste totes and following all safety and regulatory documentation requirements.

Candidates for Picker Packer must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of a shift near heavy machinery and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

+ Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required by the production schedule.

+ Commitment to safety protocols, including the ability to wear steel toe boots, hairnets, and safety glasses for the duration of the workday.

+ Resilience to work in a loud, large-scale facility where temperatures are impacted by seasonal weather conditions.

**Pay Details:** $24.04 per hour
