The Picker/Packer position is responsible for constructing boxes and packing them with products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires teamwork and flexibility, as you will work weekends and holidays alongside the crew.
Responsibilities for a Picker Packer include but are not limited to:
+ Construct boxes and pack products manually or using automated machines.
+ Maintain accurate order picking, packing, and inventory records.
+ Perform frequent quality checks, ensuring labels and codes are correct.
+ Rotate products according to rotation schedules.
+ Assemble cartons, close them, and stack on pallets for transfer.
Candidates for Picker Packer must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ Ability to work weekends, holidays, and off-shifts.
+ Willingness to work overtime.
+ Ability to stand and walk for long periods and perform repetitive movements.
+ Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
+ Must wear required safety attire (hairnet, safety glasses, bump cap) and steel-toe boots.

• Shift: Sunday–Thursday 3:00pm-11:00pm

**Pay Details:** $24.04 per hour
