Adecco is hiring for a Customer Service Representative !
**Location:** Newark, NJ
**Assignment Type:** Onsite
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday
Shifts Available:
• 5:15 AM – 2:30 PM
• 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Pay: $18 an hour

We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support daily operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you’ll monitor team activity, support customers and business partners, and help keep delivery operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do
• Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve service issues
• Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress
• Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps
• Process delivery changes and cancellations
• Support daily team monitoring and operational coordination
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
Preferred Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working under pressure while delivering effective solutions
**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
