Supply Chain Technician

Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Technician is an important member of a multitasking operational team. Every technician must become expertly familiar with all aspects of product flow of home sleep testing devices including proper cleaning and disinfection procedures, refurbishment and shipment.
Essential Functions:
Stay up-to-date and follow all quality system procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers.
1. **Comply with all company policies and procedures**
2. **Must strictly adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards.**
3. **Responsible for executing systematic recycling of returned devices through the refurbishment processes making units available for Shipment. The basic interactions in the refurbishment/replenishment process for all technicians to master.**
4. **Adheres to strict Infection Control guidelines including employee safety and equipment disinfection processes.**
5. **Adheres to the standards set forth for device inspection upon daily returns.**
6. **Must understand the procedures and implement crosschecks that support proper downloading and scanning of our patient records. Patient privacy, ePHI and compilation of accurate data to their personal files is paramount.**
7. **Understands and utilizes the Bench Testing Equipment to ensure the functionality of devices.**
8. **Proficiency in E-Package procedures for devices through replenishment of sensors, necessary literature, and repackaging of the unit that presents a professional looking finished shippable product.**
9. **Monitors daily order input. Responsible for filling out all necessary shipping documents and E-Ships for daily releases for all devices.**
10. **Maintains the highest level of courtesy, commitment, and professionalism to all departments.**
11. **Maintain a clean, organized work environment. General ship and workstation cleanup after daily activities. Trash removal and general preparation of the Logistics Center for the next day’s workload and activities.**
12. **Ensure orders are processed in accordance with departmental standards.**
13. **Meet established quotas, productivity measures, and deadlines.**
14. **Provide problem resolution and client satisfaction.**
15. **Support orientation and training by mentoring new hires.**
16. **Support fellow departments to ensure full cycle of patient care including insurance verification, logistics, practice support, clinical operations, device retrieval, etc.**
17. **Interact and communicate with customers, coworkers, and management in a professional manner.**
18. **Other duties as assigned.**
Required Education and Experience:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Able to work in high activity, fast paced environment
+ Ability to prioritize & multitask
+ Aptitude for learning new software programs and concepts quickly
+ General office/testing/assembly environment with peers working in close proximity.
+ Must be able to sit for long periods of time while using the computer and testing equipment.
+ Must be able to stand for long period of time while packing kits and preparing items for shipping
**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
