    Packing Specialist Associate

    **Location** : Onsite – Jeffersonville, IN

    **Pay Rate** : $ 17.31/hour

    **Work Environment** : Climate-Controlled Facility

     

    Available Schedules

    _Option 1 – Early Start_

    • Monday: 6:00am – 4:30pm

    • Tuesday–Friday: 6:00am – 3:30pm

    • Saturday: 12:00pm – 8:30pm (Every 3rd Saturday with a rotating weekday off)

    _Option 2 – Mid Shift_

    • Monday: 8:00am – 6:30pm

    • Tuesday–Friday: 9:00am – 6:30pm

    • Saturday: 12:00pm – 8:30pm (Every 3rd Saturday with a rotating weekday off)

    _Option 3 – Late Shift_

    • Monday: 8:00am – 6:30pm

    • Tuesday–Friday: 10:00am – 7:30pm

    • Saturday: 12:00pm – 8:30pm (Every 3rd Saturday with a rotating weekday off)

     

    _Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs._

    What You’ll Do

    • Pack, sort, and ship prescriptions to retail pharmacies and end customers

    • Work in a fast-paced, semi-automated production environment

    • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with 100% accuracy

    • Use Client -supported hardware and software

    • Read computer-generated screens and select correct items for packing

    • Perform general housekeeping and additional duties as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED

    • Pharmacy experience a plus (not required)

    • Ability to lift and carry:

    • 20–30 lbs. for short distances

    • 15 lbs. consistently throughout the shift

    • Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift

    • Basic math, reading, and writing skills
