What you’ll do
BIM Management:
* Lead BIM adoption and digital workflows across multidisciplinary teams.
* Develop, maintain, and enforce firm-wide BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
* Provide staff training, technical support, and mentorship on Revit and other BIM tools.
* Set up and manage BIM models, including work-sets, templates, family creation, collaboration settings, and clash detection using Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.
* Coordinate BIM processes with consultants to ensure model alignment, compliance, and smooth data exchange.
* Review and evaluate models, software, and workflow improvements to support quality control and enhance efficiency.
Architectural Project Coordination:
* Serve as senior architect, ensuring design intent through all project phases.
* Coordinate and mentor architectural teams across multiple offices.
* Be a technically strong architect who enjoys turning design into buildable systems.
* Serve as a great mentor/teacher of construction detailing, exterior envelope design, and building constructability.
* Champion implementation of new workflows and software for enhanced project delivery.
* Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
* 10+ years of architectural experience, including5+ years in BIM leadership/digital delivery.
* Proven experience working on large multidisciplinary design teams and complex projects through all phases.
* Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ACC in multi-disciplinary environments.
* Demonstrated mastery of model coordination, clash detection, LOD standards, and data management (COBie/IFC).
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to innovation and technology development within a collaborative team across remote offices.
* Comprehensive understanding of building codes, design principles, construction methodologies and detailing, and project delivery.
Ideally, you’ll also have
* Licensed Architect in the U.S.
* Experience across infrastructure (transportation, utilities, water) and building (civic, aviation, healthcare, education) sectors.
* Experience with scripting/automation (Dynamo, Python), Revizto, and Autodesk Forma.
* Proficiency in Bluebeam and MS Office.
