    Description

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support project teams and ensure initiatives stay on track from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, managing timelines, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and deliverables

    + Track project timelines, milestones, and action items to ensure deadlines are met

    + Communicate project updates to internal teams and stakeholders

    + Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates

    + Assist with resource coordination, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups

    + Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks

    Requirements

    + Previous experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role preferred

    + Strong organizational and time-management skills

    + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
