    Key Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate and schedule service calls, deliveries, or transportation requests efficiently

    + Communicate clearly with drivers, field personnel, and customers to relay accurate information

    + Monitor routes and adjust assignments as needed to ensure timely service

    + Maintain accurate records of calls, schedules, and other dispatch activities

    + Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and promptly

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or a related field

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Familiarity with dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve on the fly
