    Call Center Representative (Contract-to-Hire)

     

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking compassionate, customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join a high-volume inbound call center in San Diego. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others, value exceptional customer service, and want to make a meaningful difference in customers’ lives every day.

     

    In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls while providing accurate information, support, and solutions in a professional and empathetic manner.

     

    Work Schedule & Location

     

    + Fully in-office for the first 6 months

    + Opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule upon successful completion of the contract period and based on performance

    Key Responsibilities

    + Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment

    + Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related needs

    + Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic communication on every interaction

    + Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in internal systems

    + Follow established call center procedures, policies, and quality standards

    + Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining a positive customer experience

    + Maintain professionalism and reliability in a team-oriented office setting

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Previous call center or customer service experience preferred (not required)

    + Strong communication and active listening skills

    + Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and empathy

    + Comfortable working fully in-office during the initial contract period

    + Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent customer service

    + Desire to grow into a long-term role and make a positive impact
