    What You’ll Do:

    + Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of professional roles

    + Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and priorities

    + Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting through offer acceptance

    + Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and outreach

    + Utilize ATS and recruiting tools to track candidates and maintain accurate records

    + Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

    Requirements

    + Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, or HR experience preferred

    + Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

    + High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
